Payment Info
Payment is made during the order process. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Payment is by credit card only over the phone. Customers will be notified of any and all charges to their card in advance. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Discover.
Privacy Policy
RMS Graphics is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our customers. We collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information.
We do not share, sell or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any other party except as required to process and ship purchases.
RMS Graphics uses this information to communicate with its clients in order to understand their needs, and to process and complete ongoing transactions. RMS Graphics also uses this information to meet regulatory needs. RMS Graphics will disclose this information to an outside collection agency in the event that payments for an order fall in arrears. We make every effort to preserve user privacy, although we may need to disclose personal information when required to by law wherein we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site. Return Policy
All products are inspected for quality assurance before shipping. RMS Graphics guarantees our products to be of good quality and free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. If your signs or banners arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by sending us an email
or call us on our toll free number at 1 866 391 1829.
Please thoroughly review ALL order information (quantity, size, material and finishing). Customers must also thoroughly review ALL email proofs to ensure accuracy (colors, spelling, etc..).RMS Graphics is NOT responsible for order/proof errors that have been approved by the customer.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. (Please note any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) In order to expedite this process please email us a photo of your sign and clearly explain the problem. Once we have received this from you, we will contact you.

Shipping Policy
RMS Graphics uses UPS for all shipping. Please be aware that all shipments will also be subjected to the policies and regulations of UPS.
Shipping Date
Most orders are processed and shipped in 2 to 5 business day's after the final proofing is okayed by the client.
Orders that require extra finishing, design work especially large banners may require extra time. You will be advised of the approximate shipping date when these orders are being placed.
Air Shipping
Next Day shipments are limited to the service ability of the respective shipping company. Some delivery locations are not eligible for next day shipping. For more information please contact www.UPS.com.
Misdirected Orders
Currently under 0.5% of all orders are misdirected or misplaced. Please be aware that this is a possibility and if it occurs the shipping company will do as much as they can to speed up delivery. RMS Graphics is not responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders. All time sensitive orders should be confirmed as soon as possible to allow maximum time for transit. UPS will refund the cost of shipping in circumstances where they are found to be at fault.
Lost Items
If items are declared lost by the shipping company, we will reprint and reship the order as soon as possible at no cost to the customer. Typically, it takes 10 days for the shipping company to declare an item lost.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you by our Customer Service department once your order has shipped. All requests for tracking numbers must be done by email.
Security Policy
When users submit sensitive information to our web site, every precaution is taken to protect the information both online and offline. Credit card information is not stored on our database and only employees who are directly involved in the billing process have access to this information.
